QooCart provide worldwide Shipping to service our customers from all over the world. The price is reliable, our customers can choose their own preferred shipping method. (local shipping company or specific logistic company is also acceptable)
You can ask us to buy anything for you while you are not in Thailand. We will collect all of your orders from various sellers and repack them together in the appropriate package which can help you save your shipping cost and encourage your competitive advantage to stand out from your business competitors.
Both Retailer & Wholesaler are all welcomed. Please feel free to contact us even if you buy only one product.
Our Domestic Shipping method (Within Thailand)
QooCart recommend to use Thailandpost for any shipping within Thailand. Shipping cost is depend on each seller. Customer will see the domestic shipping cost when you check out the cart.
- Registered Parcel (3-7 days)
- EMS Parcel (1-5 days)
** For customer who lives in Thailand, each seller will send your order to your shipping address directly.**
Our International Shipping method (Outside Thailand)
Please note that all international customers have to pay for domestic shipping cost in order to ship your order from each seller to QooCart warehouse.
After all of your order have been received and repacked at QooCart warehouse. There will be another e-mail send from QooCart to ask what is your prefer international shipping method. (We are flexible for shipping carrier, customer can choose the carrier by themselves.)
After QooCart receive your reply, the international shipping cost will be invoiced to you via your registered e-mail afterwards. Your parcel will be ship out within 2 business days after you have completed the payment.
- QooCart Shipping (Door to Door service, Order can be tracked all the way to your home) via DHL or EMS
- Sea freight
- Any other logistic company (Customers can choose by themselves) to suit with your export products & destination country.
- The fee and countries available can be adjusted without the prior notice.
- All shipping fee does NOT included customs, duties and taxes, which might be levied in your country.
- Prohibited or restricted items are illegible for overseas shipping such as flammable(spray type, burner, etc), perishable foods, weaponry, goods with excessive volume or weight, illegal items(imitation, etc)
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Consult with your local Post office or Customs for more details.
- Cancellation : Only before the seller ship out the items.
- Return (Domestic) : Buyer must contact directly to seller.
- Return (International) : Only before the last item is delivered to the QooCart warehouse & buyer is sole responsibility to cover all the expensed occurred on the return process.
- Exchange : Exchange is not available for both Domestic & Worldwide shipping.
- Refund : Only available when the items is defected due to the seller/QooCart’s responsibility. Please check with seller/QooCart first.
Required Documents for refund :
1. Photo of Item's own package with all the items inside as it was first delivered
2. The order number.
3. Invoice sheet
**Please send all required documents above to QooCart as soon as possible so that we can contact the seller regarding your inquiry. We will not accept any inquiry later than 3 days from the receiving date.
