QooCart Shipping
QooCart provide worldwide Shipping to service our customers from all over the world. The price is reliable, our customers can choose their own preferred shipping method. (local shipping company or specific logistic company is also acceptable)
You can ask us to buy anything for you while you are not in Thailand. We will collect all of your orders from various sellers and repack them together in the appropriate package which can help you save your shipping cost and encourage your competitive advantage to stand out from your business competitors.
Both Retailer & Wholesaler are all welcomed. Please feel free to contact us even if you buy only one product.
Our Domestic Shipping method (Within Thailand)
QooCart recommend to use Thailandpost for any shipping within Thailand. Shipping cost is depend on each seller. Customer will see the domestic shipping cost when you check out the cart.
- Registered Parcel (3-7 days)
- EMS Parcel (1-5 days)
** For customer who lives in Thailand, each seller will send your order to your shipping address directly.**
Our International Shipping method (Outside Thailand)
Please note that all international customers have to pay for domestic shipping cost in order to ship your order from each seller to QooCart warehouse.
After all of your order have been received and repacked at QooCart warehouse. There will be another e-mail send from QooCart to ask what is your prefer international shipping method.
After QooCart receive your reply, the international shipping cost will be invoiced to you via your registered e-mail afterwards. Your parcel will be ship out within 2 business days after you have completed the payment.

Condition :
- The fee and countries available can be adjusted without the prior notice.
- All shipping fee does NOT included customs, duties and taxes, which might be levied in your country.
- Prohibited or restricted items are illegible for overseas shipping such as flammable(spray type, burner, etc), perishable foods, weaponry, goods with excessive volume or weight, illegal items(imitation, etc)
Customs/Duty/Tax :
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Consult with your local Post office or Customs for more details.
Cancel/Return/Exchange :
- Cancellation : Only before the seller ship out the items.
- Return (Domestic) : Buyer must contact directly to seller.
- Return (International) : Only before the last item is delivered to the QooCart warehouse & buyer is sole responsibility to cover all the expensed occurred on the return process.
- Exchange : Exchange is not available for both Domestic & Worldwide shipping.
- Refund : Only available when the items is defected due to the seller/QooCart’s responsibility. Please check with seller/QooCart first. Required Documents for refund :
1. Photo of Item's own package with all the items inside as it was first delivered
2. The order number.
3. Invoice sheet
**Please send all required documents above to QooCart as soon as possible so that we can contact the seller regarding your inquiry. We will not accept any inquiry later than 3 days from the receiving date.

One-way transfer; From Bangkok Airport - To Bangkok Hotel/Anywhere in Bangkok
Bangkok Airport Pick-up Service:
- Don't worry anymore! On airport pick-ups, your flight arrival time is checked before vehicle is dispatched. So if your flight arrives late, there will still be a driver waiting to meet you at no extra cost.
- There are no long taxi lines, crowded buses or trains to worry about. Your convenience, comfort and safe transport is the top priority!
- Regular Service hours: 8:00am-9:00pm (+200THB for off regular hours.)
Inclusive Of:
- One way transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Bangkok city
- Toll road fees
Passenger/Luggage Regulations:
- For car transfers, the number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 8 (e.g. 4 passengers should take no more than 4 standard size luggage)
- Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 28" will be considered 2 pieces
In case of flight changes or delays, transfer booking is available with no charges, *Please let us know asap*
Your booking is completed when the payment is done.*Paypal is recommended*
The order status should be "process by seller" before your arrival.
HOW TO USE ON YOUR ARRIVAL:
- You can show your passport to verify yourself with the driver or you can print out the order summary.
- The service is valid only on the date and time specified *non-refundable*
Suvarnabhumi International Airport Pick Up:
- Please indicate your flight arrival time when booking
- Pick up time and extra charges will be based on actual flight arrival time
- Please meet the driver near Gate 3 at 2nd floor of Suvarnarbhumi airport(The arrival floor)
- You will be contacted to confirm within 24 hours before your arrival.
- A waiting time of up to 90 minutes is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 minutes after actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of THB400 per hour will be collected by the driver
- The driver will wait a maximum of 120 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises
Don Mueng Terminal 1 Airport Pick Up:
- Please indicate your flight arrival time when booking
- Pick up time and extra charges will be based on actual flight arrival time
- Please meet the driver near door number 3 at Terminal 1 Don Mueng Airport
- You will be contacted to confirm within 24 hours before your arrival.
- A waiting time of up to 90 minutes is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 minutes after actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of THB400 per hour will be collected by the driver
- The driver will wait a maximum of 120 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises
Don Mueng Terminal 2 Airport Pick Up:
- Please indicate your flight arrival time when booking
- Pick up time and extra charges will be based on actual flight arrival time
- Please meet the driver near door number 12 at Terminal 2 Don Mueng Airport
- You will be contacted to confirm within 24 hours before your arrival.
- A waiting time of up to 90 minutes is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 minutes after actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of THB400 per hour will be collected by the driver
- The driver will wait a maximum of 120 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises
