Q: What is Reward points?

Points are rewarded based on a member's purchase. Members receive:

+10% points for every purchase
-500 points for order cancelled due for non-payment
-500 point for order cancellation with/out cause

Q: What is shopping cart?

The shopping cart lets you keep your wish items and purchase multiple products from various sellers at once. Click on 'Shopping Cart' located at the top right corner. Click here to go to the Shopping Cart.

Q: How do I pay for worldwide shipping?

After all your orders from various sellers arrive at QooCart wearhouse, QooCart will count the physical quantities and re-pack all packages into one parcel to help you save shipping cost. Then you will receive 2 e-mails;

1.)Worldwide shipping Invoice send from QooCart for the actual shipping cost.
2.)In case you pay by Paypal, there will be another invoice with payment to process the payment via Paypal by credit card.
**Please process the worldwide shipping payment as soon as possible, your parcel will be shipped out within two business day after your payment is completed.

Q: Can I place the order within Thailand?

Yes, sure. You can order any items from various sellers and pay them together via our available payment method. Each seller will send the products to your shipping address within Thailand separately.

Q: How can I pay by Paypal?

When you proceed to check out the cart, choose Paypal payment method. It will direct you to the Paypal screen to process the payment. Paypal system is Global standard security so do not worry about your credit card information.

Q: Is it safe to buy products from

Yes, we create customer better way to shop online for every transactions. Your payment will not be immediately go to seller account, it will be on hold by QooCart until the seller inform shipping track number to customer or customer/QooCart Warehouse received the products.

Q: What is the worldwide shipping payment process?

For International order, customer has to pay 2 times. The First payment is for the product prices & domestic shipping cost (to QooCart Warehouse). The second payment is for the worldwide shipping cost.

Q: How can I pay for worldwide shipping cost?

Qoocart will send the invoice to you via your email. If you pay by Paypal, we will send another the invoice with Paypal payment link to your email.

Q: How much does it cost for worldwide shipping?

For regular items, Please see estimated shipping cost table here. For large or restricted items, please ask QooCart [] for advice.
**The actual cost will be send to you after all of your order are packed together at QooCart Warehouse. We will help you choose the best choice.

Q: How does it proceed worldwide shipping process?

Step 1. Domestic delivery to the warehouse from each seller.
Step 2. World delivery to the customer’s worldwide address.

* You need to pay Thailand domestic shipping costs for each item ordered, as well as the worldwide shipping cost for the entire order.

* QooCart will find the cheapest and worth worldwide shipping fee for you. See QooCart Worldwide Shipping Fee and Countries Notice for worldwide shopping

* Cancel/Return/Exchange Policy - If you received the item damaged or seller sent you wrong item, seller will pay off Cancel/Return/Exchange delivery shipping fee. However, Cancel/Return/Exchange without specific reasons costs overseas shipping cost, customs taxes and duties. The item returning must be in the same condition you received in it.

* Customs, Duties, and Taxes -Buyer (or recipient) is responsible for any incurred customs duties and/or taxes. The buyer must comply with all regulations of the destination country and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information regarding any duties and taxes, contact the local Department of Commerce.

Q: Seller sent me wrong item.

If the seller has sent you a wrong item (ex. You have ordered a pink shirt but a black shirt has been delivered.), you need to contact us by email [] with attached photos as evidence. The following documents are required :

1. Photo of Item's own package with all the items inside as it was first delivered
2. The order number.
3. Domestic/EMS invoice sheet
**Please send all required documents above to us as soon as possible so that we can contact the seller regarding your inquiry. We will not accept any inquiry later than 3 days from the receiving date.

Q: How can I do if my items arrived damaged?

In case item damaged during deliver process → If is found that the item is damaged by deliverer, contact the delivery company directly.

In case item quality is not matched with the product description which seller indicate via → Please contact directly to Seller.

Q: How do I return or change an item?

- Thailand Domestic order: Please contact directly to each seller.
- Worldwide shipping order : Request or Refund or Changes may NOT by acceptable unless received wrong or defective items. For this case, customer will be responsible for all shipping and expenses occurred from this Refund or Changes.

Q: How do I cancel the order?

**only if the order status is Open & Received 1st Payment** & Your reward points will be deducted.

Q: How can I get the refund?

QooCart will only refund your as reward points which you can use to pay for your next order.

Please be noted any problems occurred due to the buyer's misidentification lead to the buyer's sole responsibility to cover all the expenses of shipping costs occured on the refund process.
